You will be working in a fast moving, high energy environment.We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a positive attitude, a genuine passion for decorating and the ability to maintain the highest standards. Having your own tools and transport is a huge advantage for roles within APH, but not essential if you live locally.
To join our team you will need to be confident in your own ability. Friendly, courteous, and helpful will come naturally to you and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills are essential when communicating with managers, colleagues and most importantly customers .You’ll also need to understand the importance of maintaining high standards of quality at all times during the working day. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential. Finally, your appearance should be smart and clean.
We do use sub-contractors from time to time. However, a number of checks and references will be carried out before hand. All sub-contractors must have a UTR number, be CIS verified, and hold valid insurance. All sub-contractors must have their own tools and van.
